The Next Step New Start program is designed to address concerns, introduce skills, uncover talents, share directions, increase self-image, and more.   Transition caused by death or divorce is not easy, but it is possible.  Armed with knowledge and support individuals are prepared and up for the challenges change often brings.

U.S. Surgeon General reports 30 to 40 percent of individuals who go through a divorce experience symptoms of anxiety and depression. While the end of a marriage can be traumatic, women can make choices that help them thrive. Seeking assistance before, during and after a divorce provides many benefits.

The transition to begin again is frequently unwanted, but it is necessary.   Whether a client is working, entering or re-entering the workforce, the program is designed to assist clients create  a plan; a plan to take a next step and confidently achieve a successful transition.

The program is flexible and can be delivered in weekly sessions or as needed.   Next Step New Start focuses on the following:
