What is Mediation?

Mediation is a process for resolving disputes in a fair, neutral, impartial, and confidential environment. Mediation creates alternative solutions, agreements and saves time and money by avoiding extensive litigation.

Why use a Mediator?

A Mediator uses win/win communication for all parties involved. The parties, with the guidance of the Mediator, are in control over the resolution not the Lawyers. The agreement signed by all is fully enforceable in a Court of Law. A Mediator works with the topics at hand, not the emotions of the parties. The Mediator guides the parties to resolve the issues at hand privately vs the legal channel of a public court.   Mediation is transformational.
