We will at times find ourselves conflicted about this person, place or thing.  And, unless confronted, conflicts do not go away.

The following strategic steps will help resolve conflict:

  1. Recognize there is a conflict.  Many choose to ignore it, but it won’t go away.  Some will make excuses for it, but it won’t go away.  And, others will find someone or something to blame, but again, the conflict won’t go away.  In fact  the stress of being conflicted can worsen and effect our physical, emotional and mental well-being.
  2. A conflicted feeling is only the tip of iceberg.   The real truth lies within.   When we pause long enough to address the WHY, the CAUSE,  we stop living the effects.
  3. Be truthful, conflicts often give rise to questioning one or many of our beliefs systems, our integrity or family values.   Find the cause of the conflict and the truth will set you free.
