Here’s how:

  1. Will you check in each morning intending to focus your attention on what you want and not what you don’t want?
  2. Will you check in mid-morning to see if you removed all masks preventing you from being authentic?
  3. Will you check in at noon to appreciate who you are not what you do?
  4. Will you check in mid-afternoon to assure you are present, in the moment, expecting your good?
  5. Will you check in tonight to count your blessings and give thanks?
